Booking Confirmation: Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of the required payment.

Payment: Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. Payments can be made
via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method specified by the host. -
Cancellation Policy: 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in or reschedule to another date of the same seasonal rates with no additional charge.​

Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any
damages or additional charges incurred during the stay. The deposit will be refunded
within a specified period after check-out, subject to inspection. -
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to
availability and additional charges. -
House Rules: Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules outlined by the host,
including but not limited to noise restrictions, maximum occupancy limits, and smoking
policies. -
Liability: The host is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their
belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for their personal safety and
security. -
Insurance: Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen
circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or property damage. -
Pets: Pets may be allowed on the property with prior approval from the host and
payment of any applicable fees. Guests are responsible for any damages or
disturbances caused by their pets. -
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Puerto Vallarta,
Jalisco, and any disputes arising from or related to the booking shall be resolved in
accordance with these laws.

By making a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to
abide by these terms and conditions.
